Presented at TEDxSydney on Wednesday 25 May, 2016.
Very glad that my TED talk was so well received! Thanks so much to the audience for being so enthusiastic and lively, it was a very enjoyable experience :-)
Among the numerous questions that I got after the talk, there was a lot of inquiries as to whether I advise regulators and companies, using the insights from my research.
The answer is yes and you can contact me directly at elise@elisepayzan.com for any inquiries.
ANZ Workshop on Experimental Economics
UNSW is co-organizing with the University of Sydney the 5th Australia-New Zealand Workshop on Experimental Economics on Nov 26 – 28. I will be presenting my ongoing research and I am looking forward to interacting with my colleagues in Economics.
If you are attending the workshop and would like to discuss with me, please send me an email or just come and meet me during the conference :-)
Caltech visit and society for neuroeconomics conference
I will be spending a week in the US shortly:
- Oct 11 – 14 in Caltech
- Oct 15 – 17 in Evanston for the 2010 Society for Neuroeconomics Conference
Caltech will be my usual stop on my way to Chicago. I still have a few slots available while there, and I would be very happy to meet with anyone interested in the LA area (Pasadena being the easiest for me of course).
I am looking forward to meeting again with a lot of colleagues in Evanston. The program is already quite busy, but please do send me an email if you want to meet, I’ll be more than happy to. I will be presenting my latest neurofinance results the Sunday.
This will be my first US trip since my relocation to Sydney this September, and I have to say I’m thrilled that Caltech is a direct trip — Chicago is not so direct to come back from ;-)
